Entries must be recieved by Tuesday before 11am.  Submissions will generally not stay in promotional material for longer than 4 weeks.

Note that non-parkside events and promotion will generally be placed in the Bulletin Board section of the Friday Email and Website, not in the bulletin and/or pulpit announcements.
